WHY DO I USE ASHOP COMMERCE?

I use Ashop Commerce shopping cart software because it doubled my sales. It is customisable, easy to use, returns excellent sales, ranks me high on the search engines and the staff are very helpful. I like their accessibility features as most businesses these days are not able to talk to you when you call or email. All my calls and emails have been answered within 10 minutes, by happy staff focused on my concerns. 

From the moment I first made enquiry with Ashop Commerce, I have felt their total support. 

The day that I decided to use Ashop Commerce shopping cart software I also started building my shop online. I found a Support Staff Member come online and ask if I was okay or needed assistance. He was aware that I was new that day and made a point of being there for me for the next few nights. I found that assistance extraordinary, for business hours were well past. I was quite taken, in fact, that Ashop Commerce bothered to remember me outside business hours, but it made me feel wanted and that I had 100% support where I needed it most ... on the web.

BENEFITS OF AN ONLINE SHOPPING CART:

My clients were previously used to seeing me only on eBay and on my old web site where I had tried to put products and prices. I had also delved into using the (name with held) Shopping Cart, but reading in their forums, could see that (name with held) was fraught with pitfalls and problems. None the least being their lack of security for each site. Other Shopping Carts I viewed lacked my needs or were going to present a problem if I needed to communicate with them. (Nothing quite like saying what you need on the phone and having that need answered).

I was spending $400+ a month on eBay fees and doing really well, but also receiving 50+ emails a day from previous Buyers wanting to buy again and know prices, dimensions etc of each product. I was working 4hrs a day answering emails, sending images of products and price lists and talking to customers about the frames.

I could see how eBay worked 24hrs a day and wanted the same for my site, but with Buy It Now prices ... a Shopping Cart. Being online 24hrs a day for your customers is a must ... well in my area anyway. Consumers these days, want to buy it now and receive it on their door step within a few days. If you can't do this, you are losing in today's business of eCommerce.

I set about writing to all my customers and asking what they wanted to see in a Shopping Cart and also how they thought they would be best navigate themselves around ... in other words, what categories etc. 

BUILDING MY SHOPPING CART:

Oh, how easy was this!!! Now I am not totally computer illiterate, but I am not a professional either, yet I found the simple page builders and category makers so easy to use. Golly did they make my pages look professional when I am not so:))) 

Before I started adding products to my store, I sat down with a pencil and paper. I outlined my major sellers and identified the Brand names. Decided product codes and prices, then I reckoned the categories.

Logging into my shop online, I created my home page and then went on to add categories. The online Manual is handy, but I don't think I have looked at it once since opening my shop.

I found loading images to the site so easy ... and they 'magically' appeared as thumbnails, which meant my customers on dial-up would not be waiting till next century for pages to load that are laden with images.

I set up some email addresses at Ashop with a Technical Support person in 5 minutes and together we ran through the Site Settings ... finding all okay, we published the site.

It took me 4 days to get the majority of my products online and ready ... then a couple of days proof reading ... but in just under 1 week my Shopping Cart was published and functional:))))

4 HOURS LATER: 

Amazingly, 4 hours after the site went online, I had my first sale!! Quickly followed by more and also 100's of emails commending the site and the ease which people could navigate themselves around to view products. My customers are elated that they can now view products and place an order anytime they like. As my business deals mostly with companies, they like to know that they can buy 'x' number of products in one hit, rather than just a few products at one time. Now big orders, take big money ... we all know that. Ashop Commerce's shopping cart software allows the customer to save their cart contents for when they are ready to submit and pay for it. Many of my customers like this feature.

Since the site went online, the emails that arrive here daily have reduced to 4 and instead I am surrounded by orders and happy customers.

Little things to consider that I like as added benefits:

* When a customer lodges an order, you can receive an alert via SMS on your mobile phone.

* The postage rate calculator is actually networked into major shipping company rate calculators.

* As soon as a customer pays for the order, I am notified by PayPal and can send to customer.

* I can direct sales easily by placing them 'On Sale', on the first page ... and customise any other part of my shop.

* I have access on my site, to learning where my referrals were coming from - important in business management.

* I can also view my page statistics and other vital marketing information.

* All orders are retained on the system for future reference.

In closing I would like to say my sales have doubled and I am finding that I can now reduce the dollars I spend each month with eBay. I have more time to devote to other expanding areas of my business and I am 100% satisfied that I made the right decision in acquiring Ashop Commerce. In 5 instances, I have had wholesale enquiries and am now supplying to those customers :))) Potential customers are now confirmed buyers and on the sites' email list.

Whilst I don't have many products at the moment, the site has paid for itself threefold and will allow me to increase my product range as intended in my business projection plans.

I just found Ashop Commerce so easy to give me a presence in the world of eCommerce.

I have found their customer service A-Class and their online help very easy to understand and follow. To be honest with you, I haven't had the need to even refer to their online help as their menu's are so easy to understand. All you do is fill in the blanks. It can't get any easier than this.

I love that Ashop Commerce staff are always ready to assist me. Having and maintaining a website can be daunting especially for someone who has no idea about the internet. You don't need to know html to have a shopping cart with Ashop Commerce. I have become a loyal customer for life with Ashop Commerce and will not consider ever moving to a different platform. I love that I can work on the store myself without depending on anyone to help me.

The only time consuming aspect was getting all the info in. As I carried a lot of items it took me about a good 3 days to get it to what I wanted to look like. But as their platform is so easy to use it was quite exciting to see the results. I am so proud of my site and since I have had the Ashop team optimise it, about 40% of my traffic has now been translating to revenue. I believe it will get higher in time.

I also want to stress to any customers that I do a lot of offline marketing and I don't totally rely on the web for revenue. But since I had my shopping cart optimised I have seen a big difference in traffic.

To sum it up: I love Ashop Commerce!! I love all the updates and I love that they listen to my requests. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a professional website that is easy to use and it cost effective.

I'd just like to say a BIG thank you to the Ashop team and congratulate you on an incredible piece of software.
Having made the decision to completely rebuild our website and move away from our existing catalog software (very popular and very expensive) I decided to give Ashop a try.
I signed up for the 10 day free trial and within 5 days I knew this was the right product and upgraded to the full package. I'm pretty competent with web design and seo techniques and found it incredibly easy to use Ashop's software. Occasionally I would need to contact Ashop via their live support or support ticket and have been completely satisfied by their prompt help and support.

I've incorporated various features within my website which are not directly available from within the software, like an image upload facility and customer gallery, but they integrate seamlessly.

Ashop is also very SEO friendly in its structure - Now get this - In under 4 weeks I completely rebuilt the website under a new domain name, got it fully indexed by Google and attained various top 10 listings for my chosen keywords! - Thats right in under 4 weeks!

If you're seriously considering an online shop then I would highly recommend that you give Ashop a try - I wasted days evaluating just about every shopping cart option out there - don't waste your time doing the same. You get 10 days to evaluate the software - you'll know its the right choice within the first few days.

I now have plans for a second online shop and will have no hesitation in using Ashop.

After having an online presence for a number of years we realized our shopping cart system was in dire need of updating. Being fairly net savvy, I spent an enormous amount of time looking at all possibilities before committing to what would be our store front for the next few years. I didn’t want to make a mistake and need to re do the shopping cart/website again so I was prepared to take some time and put in the effort to get things right. I expected to have to deal with a US based company which can be difficult with support services so when I came across ashop I was hoping that they might be able to deliver a comparable product to some of the large US companies.

We had looked at many shopping cart systems but we weren’t sure how they worked and how easy they are to use as well as change. We then found Ashop Commerce. Ashop had an admin demo panel that allowed us to see how you add products and many of the other features. This then convinced us to try the 10 day free trial which was pain free, it required very little set up on our part and within minutes we could have already been selling to the public. Using the trial we found it incredibly easy to add products, categories and get the desired look of the site.

The reason it is so easy is because the software has a basic structure that you can easily add to. You don’t need to know anything about html code or web design, Ashop provides a very easy to use solution.
As we have expanded our product range we have changed many categories and titles, which only takes a few seconds, this simple step has also help with our Google rankings as we learn more about how rankings work we are able to alter our website easily, to take advantage and climb the rankings

The best part about Ashop is the support, if we ever need any help or advice we can contact them through their live help feature, allowing us to get instant responses and immediate advice.

When we were looking at other shopping cart solutions we were quoted in the thousands of dollars, and there was really no way to try the systems first. Ashop has a monthly payment structure from just $99 reducing the initially set up costs, and the 10 day free trial was what convinced us to try and then buy.

Another great thing about Ashop is that they are continually working on the system by adding new advanced features (eg sales reports and payment methods) without interrupting your sales.

When we first looked to open our own Online Store, we spent a good chunk of money with a developer, getting an XXCOMMERCE cart modified. The front page looked great, but when we came to actually list all of our items, with so many different variations in colours and sizes, it proved to be all too hard!

We soldiered on using Ebay for a long time, but the fees started to mount up to a point where we HAD to get off our bums and open a store.

We then went in search of a better online shopping cart solution via a Google search.

Lo and behold we found ASHOP after a week or two of trialling various software and solution providers.

Given that we had some technical knowledge to start with, the system was very easy to use. The downloadable manual will help those that are not so savvy, and it can be read from cover to cover within a few hours.

We haven't even started using the Newsletter generator yet, but that alone will be worth the monthly fee in the ability to market directly to our customers on a personal level.
