- Bulk order processing Process your orders efficiently using simple status drop down menus. List up to 50 orders at a time and set their status for a bulk update.
You are also able to select up to 50 orders at a time for a bulk print off, see batch printing explanation below. This prints all order details for passing to other staff fulfilling the orders.
- Invoice printing Print invoices in bulk or just one at a time. Tick the group of orders which need an invoice and click the print invoice button. You can also edit the invoice numbers each time and upload your own logo to customise the look.
- Batch Order Printing Print 50 selected orders all at once. Just tick the box next to each order and click the button to print off all in one go. This contains all information of the customers addresses, shipping option, products, discounts and more.
- Auto order confirmation / shipped emails Every new order completed sends an automatic order confirmation email to both the customer and the merchant. This contains all information about the order and customer addresses, it does not contain any secure details.
- Real-time order tracking for customers Customers can log in to see their sales history and order status using the same login details from the original purchase. Details are clearly laid out in a table, just click on each order from the list to get more information.
- customisable order emails Automatic order confirmation emails have customisable text enabling you to enter your own thank you message or instruction details. This message will be placed on the order confirmation emails above the order details such as products purchase and shipping method chosen, it will appear the same on all orders.
