It's important to get a 'feel' for what you need in the design of your store. This will revolve around what you sell and your target audience. For this to happen, you will need to get acquainted with the shopping cart software. Start by creating categories, custom information pages and upload some products.
Our designer will use this information as well as your personal expectations to generate a design to suite you and your shopping cart.
Please answer the following list of questions when submitting your design to our staff:
1. Two other sites you like the look of so we can get an idea of the style you're after.
2. What colours you would prefer.
3. If you prefer a colourful site or a cleaner white site with finer lines etc.
4. Please provide your logo to include in the header
5. Please provide your slogan if you have one.
6. Any images you would like included in the template design (as an option you can find stock photos on www.istockphoto.com)
7. Permanent links in the header design will be "home, order tracking, view cart, checkout" please let us know if you would like any other permanent links in this section. For example category links.
* Please Note: This design will create image based menu links in your header unless otherwise informed. Your categories and your footer links may only be able to be changed by a designer if they are made using images. Please notify us if you would prefer to be able to constantly change any links in your header and footer.
You will still be able you to build your site information and products as you normally would.

Before our design can begin, it's important that you have provided us with the first step in the process. Once your designer has developed a clear structure of your requirements, they will create the first draft or “mock-up” and email it to you. Depending on the package you chose, your designer will submit two revisions working toward your final design upload.
The process can last 1-2 weeks depending on your choice of package.

The mock up should have been received and approved by you now. The final design can be uploaded to your shopping cart and the required layout, font and colour changes will be made to finalize your custom design implementation. After you are completely satisfied with the final result, the sign off can take place. This process will not interfere with you uploading content so you can quickly build an online store. Any changes after this final approval will be paid changes.
